The officials say they are not able to supply water due to power cut. A neighbouring farm owner has taken pity on the community and is supplying water from his borewell. However, he is not sure if he can continue to do so for more days. Tanda chief Muniswamy Naik said no official is taking notice of their problem.
There are 50 houses in the Tanda with a population of 450 voters. The Lambanis, who come under Scheduled Caste are struggling for basic amenities.
