More than 100 top jewellers from different parts of the country are participating in the three-day jewellery retail fair 'Jewels of India' displaying a range of latest designs and trends, starting here on Saturday.

The 14th edition of exhibition would display Kundan and Meenakshi jewellery from Jaipur, temple and antique jewellery from Tamil Nadu, Thewa from Rajasthan, designer wear and branded diamond jewellery from Mumbai and handcrafted gold jewellery, the event's convener Sandeep Bekal told reporters here today.

Tribal designs in gold from Kolkata, original Burmese rubies, Gujarati style handcrafted gold jewellery, south Indian jewellery bridal collection, bangle collection, fusion jewellery and men's jewellery would also be on display.

"The exhibition is being held before Diwali and marriage season, the perfect time to shop for jewellery," Bekal said. "We are known for our innovations and new ideas which keep the show's freshness alive in the eyes of the consumers every passing year," he added.
