The Regional Passport Office will hold a passport mela on June 23 at the Koramangala office on 80 ft road to accept passport applications in physical form, to bring down the rush of applicants.
Passport applicants will be attended to on a first-come-first-served basis and tokens for submission will be issued between 9.15 am and 1 pm. Applicants are required to get all the necessary documents in original with a set of photocopies along with a demand draft for the corresponding amount.
The mela is being held in the face of increasing complaints about non-availability of appointments online for submission of applications.
