Meanwhile, Sarja met his advocate to discuss the next course of action. His petitions seeking injunctions and also defamation suits are likely to come up for hearing before the sessions court on Monday. Sruti had accused Sarja of sexually harassing and touching her inappropriately during the shooting of ‘Vismaya’ in November 2015.

The police have issued notices to the witnesses who worked in the movie.

Notices have been issued to Sruthi’s staff, Boregowda and Kiran, as the first and second witnesses.

Assistant directors of the movie, Bharath Neelakanta and Monica as well as Yashaswini, a friend, have got notices.

All the five are expected to appear before the investigation officer and give their statement.

After registering an FIR the police had conducted a spot investigation of all the places that Sruthi had mentioned in her comprehensive eight-point complaint.
