A rowdy was arrested by the KP Agrahara police on Thursday for terrorising the public.
According to police, Raja alias Idli Raja, 30, was involved in anti-social activities since 2010 and had been booked in several cases.
Raja and the members of his gang, who are behind bars now, were involved in attempt to murder, armed robbery and extortion cases, police said.
