The Jivan Bima Nagar police arrested four suspects Karthik, Nepali Krishna and their aides Mathin and Rajendra Prasad. Karthik who was an office boy before getting into robbery, and auto driver Nepali Krishna were assisted by Mathin and Rajendra in disposing the stolen valuables. The DJ Halli police have arrested Fareed Shaikh (30), an aide of gangaster A K Singh who was killed in an encounter in September. The police have seized four cars worth Rs 80 lakh.
The Shivajinagar police arrested six suspects involved in two robberies and seized gold ornament worth Rs 70 lakh, Rs 4.3 lakh in cash and two two-wheelers.
