To mark the beginning of its Centenary celebrations, the State Bank of Mysore organised a mega walkathon on Wednesday.

More than 5,000 people, including staff members and their family, customers and well wishers, participated in the walkathon.

The walkathon, flagged off from Sree Kanteerava Stadium by Lalrokhuma Pachau, DG & IGP, in the presence of Sharad Sharma, Managing Director of State Bank of Mysore, covered a distance of more than 3.5 km.

Starting from Sree Kanteerava Stadium, the walkathon  passed through Cubbon Park and concluded at State Bank of Mysore, Head Office premises on K G Road.
