The Geological Society of India will conduct an entrance test for the seventh international Earth Science Olympiad (IESO) on April 28, at 60 centres in India.
The test is for selecting students for participation in the IESO which will be held in Mysore in September. The test in English, will comprise multiple choice questions.
Students of class X and class XII, born between July 1, 1995 and July 1, 1998 and have not won a medal in an earlier IESO are eligible.
