Abdul Nasser Madani is an accused in the Bangalore blast case. Judge S Vijay kumar issued the order on a plea by Soofiya seeking relaxation of her bail condition. While granting her bail, Soofiya had been directed by the court not to leave the court's jurisdiction without its prior permission.

This is the second time that Soofiya has sought permission to visit Madani in Bangalore. Earlier, her bail conditions had been relaxed three times to allow her to visit him at Kollam.

Counsel for National Investigating Agency Raveendran, objected to her plea, saying she would tamper with evidence. The bus was set ablaze by some alleged PDP activists, on Sept 9, 2005, to protest Madani's continued imprisonment at the Coimbatore jail in connection with the Coimbatore serial blasts case. Alleged LeT militant, T Nazeer, is among the accused in the case in which Soofiya has been listed as the 10th accused.
