Addressing a gathering at Alumni Day of BMS College of Engineering here on Monday, he said it is unfortunate that both the government institutions are “leading examples in corruption.”
On dilapidated roads, the Congress leader said: “Roads are the basic infrastructure of any town. But it is shameful that Supreme Court had to pass an order to improve roads in the State.”
He urged budding engineers to bring in change that could help in improving infrastructure in the State.
