A few paces away, the two bike-borne miscreants overtook and stopped Gowda’s bike. They wanted Gowda to give them his bike to take selfies, and snatched the keys.

A scuffle broke out as Gowda refused to let them take selfies and the duo punched him with a knuckle ring. Gowda bled and collapsed on the
road. The miscreants threw the bike keys at him and fled the scene.

Gowda was rushed to St John’s Hospital, where the police took a statement from him in the presence of the doctors.

The Koramangala police
are reviewing the CCTV footage to identify the men and are conducting further investigation.
