The Central Board of Secondary Education's decision to reconduct examination for class 10 10 Mathematics and class 12 Economics papers amid reports of a leak has left city students dismayed.

The students are concerned as they don't know when the exams will be conducted again.

"We had planned a family vacation, but now we will have to wait for the dates to be announced," she said.

Manju Balasubramaniam, principal of Delhi Public School (North), said students had come out of the examination hall smiling.

"Students were very disappointed. They were looking forward to holidays and moreover, the paper had gone well," she said.

Only after they left the exam halls, students learnt about the re-exam from news channels.
