Three persons have been arrested for reportedly assaulting two policemen attached to the Chandra Layout police station.
The suspects are Mukesh Nag (18), Mohan (19), and Bharath (19), all from Vinayaka Layout near Nagarabhavi.
The Chandra Layout police said that they were arrested based on a complaint filed by a constable on April 26.
On the day, the two constables were on near Kalyan Nagar flyover. They stopped the trio, who were riding one bike, and told them that triple riding was a violation of the rule and asked them to show the vehicle documents.
However, the suspects abused the constables, caught hold of their uniform and dragged them on the road.
The constable later called for more police force and the trio was caught and taken into custody.
