The traffic police will impose the following restrictions on Saturday in Majestic area to regulate heavy movement of vehicles ahead of festival holidays.
* All private vehicle parking is banned on Dhanvanthri Road, Railway Station Road, Tank Bund Road, Platform Road and Khaday’s junction.
* All buses going towards Mysuru, Kodagu and Kerala will start only from Mysuru Road bus terminal.
* Buses going towards Tamil Nadu will start only from Shanthinagar bus terminal.
* Buses going towards Davangere will start only from Chikka Lalbag bus terminal.
* Idle parking of long distance transport buses is restricted to Balekai Mandi, Jakkarayanakere, NGEF Terminal and New Peenya Bus terminal.
* Passengers who are travelling out of City are requested to take BMTC buses or autorickshaws to come to City Railway Station or KSRTC bus terminal.
* Passengers travelling towards Mysuru and beyond should compulsorily go to Mysuru Road Bus Terminal.
* Passengers travelling to Tamil Nadu in KSRTC and SETC premier buses (to Chennai, Trichy, Karaikudi, Pudukottai, Tanjavur, Coimbatore, Madurai and Kumbakonam) should board at Shanthinagar Bus Station.
* Passengers travelling to Villapuram, Dharmapuri, Salem, Krishnagiri and Coimbatore via Hosur in Tamil Nadu Corporation buses should board at Mysuru Road bus terminal.
* Passengers travelling to Shivamogga and beyond should go to Yeshwantpur TTMC.
* Road users who are not going outside City may could avoid the following stretches between 4 pm and 11 pm: KG Road, Goods’ Shed Road, Seshadri Road, Subedar Chattram Road, Platform Road and Krishna Floor Mill Road.
