The protesters first took out a procession from old Taluk Office premises to Hanumanthappa circle, shouting out slogans against H D Deve Gowda and his sons.
They said that Puttaswamy was targeted by JD(S) members because he was instrumental in exposing the land scams of H D Deve Gowda and family in Hassan.
