One-year-ten-month old toddler Keerthan who was missing since Friday, has been found dead in Cauvery river on Saturday.
Keerthan is the son of Anand Poojary, a resident of Karadigudde village. The toddler was left in the neighbour’s house on Friday as the parents had to go to Siddapura.
The toddler was missing since then and a complaint was lodged in Siddapura police station.
The parents feared that the child was kidnapped. There was also fear of drowning as river Cauvery flows just behind the house.
