Judge N K Sudhindra issued the summons in regard to the third private complaint filed by advocate Sirajin Basha.

Summons have also been issued to Yeddyurappa’s son-in-law R N Sohan Kumar, former minister S N Krishnaiah Shetty, Praveen Chandra, Prakash Shetty, B S Ashok Kumar, B R Shetty, Bharathi Shetty and G Selvakumar.

All the accused will have to appear in Court on August 29. Yeddyurappa, along with 14 others, has already been issued summons with regard to another complaint filed by advocate Sirajin Basha, for which they have to appear in Court on August 27.

The third complaint, on which the latest summons have been issued, relates to three instances where 11.25 acres of land in Srirampura was denotified in favour of Besto company.
