Financial assistance

“We read Deccan Herald issue on Thursday and saw that these kids do not have the means to aspire for higher education. Therefore, we decided to assist them financially,” said Nirmal Prasad, Secretary of the BTC.

“It is only through Deccan Herald that we became aware of these kids’ plight. It was a very touching piece and this is just our way of reaching out and helping these wonderful kids,” Prasad said.
