Chikmagalur schools insure rainwater harvesting project

This is the first of its kind in the State. School heads should pay a sum of Rs 100 for the insurance, said ZP CEO K Sundar Nayak.
Speaking at the ‘Nali Kali’ training camp for teachers, he called upon the teachers to make use of the Zilla Panchayat funds.
DDPI Mantalingachar said the implementation of Nali Kali will be assessed between June and August. The training is being provided to 600 teachers including 229 lower primary school teachers and 145 higher primary school teachers.
