WiNNERS Students of Royal School, Chintamani, who won the State-level Yoga Championships , organised by the Public Instruction Department recently
M C Priyanka, Suman Narayan, B Lakshmipathi, Muhammed Ali of Royal School apart from winning individual championships will also be competing in the national-level championship.
Students and Yoga teacher and instructors were felicitated on the occasion and they were wished for the national meet.
Yoga and meditation are very essential in present times as we experience a lot of stress in our daily lives and are under tremendous pressure. The importance of Yoga has been recognised and appreciated even in the Western countries, explained Ramakrishna Reddy.
