Congress Election Manifesto Committee Chairman M Veerappa Moily inaugurated the manifesto meeting, here in Chitradurga, on Wednesday.
The meeting was convened at the Panchacharya Kalyana Mantap in the city.
Committee member V R Sudarshan made opening remarks and informed participants of the purpose behind the meeting.
Tumakuru District-in-charge Minister T B Jayachandra, K C Kondaiah from Ballari, Tumakuru, Shivamogga, Davanagere, Chitradurga Congress presidents were present at the meeting.
Mysuru ZP former president Pushpa, committee member Nanjaiahmatha also participated.
