Thomas visited KPCC office in Bangalore on Friday. Speaking to press persons, he said the Agriculture Department would constitute a committee regarding setting up cold storage units in association with private agencies.
He also appealed to the State Government to make proper use of the funds released by the Centre for flood-relief works.
