The State Government has appointed a physically challenged person, K S Rajanna, as the Commissioner for the Disabled. Rajanna lost his hands and legs due to polio during his infancy.
Now, aged 54, he is a diploma holder in mechanical engineering and has previously worked with Congress in the City.
