Former minister A M Hindasageri has been appointed president for Hubli-Dharwad Congress committee, Lakshmi R Hebbalkar for Belgaum Rural district and former deputy speaker Manohar Tahsildar for Haveri district. The party’s regional election authority chairman B S Jnanadesikan has given his consent to these appointments.
