A person has issued a death threat to the president of a cooperative society after he was denied a loan.

The GPA was done through a notary in the name of Veda Kumar, the brother of the accused of a four-acre land. The land was in Urugutti village as compensation by the government for the land submerged by Hemavathi backwater. But, as the documents were not proper, the loan was denied.
