Minister for Heavy Industries R V Deshpande said on Saturday that he would fully extend support to Siddaramaiah if he becomes chief minister once again.
"What is wrong if he becomes chief minister again?," asked Deshpande, speaking to reporters here.
The elections will be fought under Siddaramaiah. So, it is good if he becomes the chief minister again, the minister said.
He said everyone, including himself, has a desire to occupy the top post, but only those destined to it end up becoming chief minister.
