Devotees from Bengaluru donated water to Dharmasthala on Monday.
Having learnt of the water crisis in Dharmasthala, devotees from Basavanagudi Sunkenahalli in Bengaluru donated 6,780 litres of water to Dharmasthala on Monday.
As many 339 cans of 20 litres were brought in a vehicle to Dharmasthala.
Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari D Veerendra Heggade said, “The water will be used to cook rice at the Annapoorna Chatra and to supply to the devotees.”
