Speaking at a function organised to distribute food grains in Hebbal constituency, Kharge asked the state government to stop blaming the Centre and give an account on how the funds have been utilised.
Speaking on the unorganised sector, the Minister said that a meeting had been convened on September 23 to discuss the kind of facilities that should be provided for the sector and rules to protect this sector had also been formulated by the Centre.
