Mysuru:  Mysuru City Police Commissioner Seema Latkar has warned that drug peddlers will be externed from Mysuru, if they are found doing it repeatedly.

After an MDMA manufacturing unit was found by the Maharashtra Police at Unnati Nagar of Mysuru on Saturday, the Mysuru City Police have intensified their drive from three days, to check if there are any further drug manufacturing units in Mysuru. 

Speaking to media persons on Wednesday, Latkar said that they have arrested six people. “We have tested more than 100 people and 60 were found to have used ganja. We have also booked cases against them,” she said. Latkar refused to comment on Mumbai Police’s claim that they found MDMA worth Rs 390 crore at the unit in Mysuru at a press conference.
