The Legal Metrology department conducted raids at railway stations and bus stops in Bangalore, Tumkur, Chitradurga, Davangere and Kolar and booked 60 cases of overcharging consumers. The department has said that customers coming across such incidents of fleecing can lodge complaint on 080-22253500.
