Police said, Vithal Barake (50), a resident of Nersa in Khanapur was killed near the forests at Asoga as one of the horns of the gaur pierced into his stomach. Barake was about to return to his home after closing his shop in the village, when the gaur suddenly attacked him. Khanapur police have registered a case.
