The state government has decided to bear the medical expenses of Saalumarada Thimmakka during her lifetime.
As per a government order issued recently, she is free to take medical treatment in any hospital, including private, in the state. All expenses towards her treatment will be borne under the Chief Minister's medical relief fund.
