Talking to reporters at Hassan on Thursday, he said the mutt donated about Rs 10 crore to the Government to build houses for the homeless. But, the Government had not bothered to inform the mutt about the expenditure.
He said the mutt wanted to build the houses on its own. But the amount was donated to Government on the suggestions of followers who were concerned that the seer’s poor health may not allow him to monitor the work.
