Speaking to media persons here on Thursday, Proprietor Preetham Fernandes informed that Orthodontist and Director of Akhter’s Art Gallery Dr Akhter Hussain will inaugurate the expo at 5 pm on Friday. Principal of Mahalasa School of Arts Purushotham Naik will preside while another faculty of the school N S Pathar will be the chief guest.
More than 35 paintings of artists Veeresh Rudraswami, Shivayogi Annanavaru, Sreeshaila Patil and Vinayaka N G will be on display from 11 am to 6 pm on the exhibition days, he said. Artists G Kandan, Sreeshaila Patil, Vinayak Bhat and others were present at the press meet.
