Speaking to the media, Trust Treasurer Parashuram informed that Home Minister Dr V S Acharya will inaugurate the Trust and release the reprinted volume ‘Tulunadu’ written by Dr Gururaj Bhat on the occasion. Mangalore University Vice Chancellor Prof K M Kaveriappa will preside. Renowned historian Dr K G Vasanth Madhav, Former Professor at Mangalore University Dr B Sunder Rao and Sri Mahakali Janardhana Temple, Ambalpadi Dharmadharshi Dr N Vijay Ballal will speak on the occasion, he informed.
Historian Dr K G Vasanth Madhav will deliver a talk on “Contributions of Dr Bhat to the Tulunadu Jain Community” and Dr B Sunder Rao will speak on “Regional studies: objectives and threats.” U Raghupathy Rao was present at the press meet.
