The Madivala ACP on March 9 told the executives that he would not be able to provide police protection, if the executives entered the offices and confirmed his order a day later.

The Court ordered the respondents, the Commissioner of Police, Deputy Commissioner of Police of South East and ACP of Madivala to provide protection as sought by the petitioners.
