Kumaraswamy charged Gowda of functioning under the stress of multiple power centres in the ruling BJP Government. “There are four parallel governments in the State ruling party - run by factions headed by B S Yeddyurappa, Ananth Kumar, Jagadish Shettar and Gowda.
Gowda has been reduced to a daily wager,” the former chief minister charged.
Kumaraswamy said he would launch his campaign for the Koppal Assembly bypoll on Monday.
