Bengaluru: The state tourism department has asked tour operators and travel agents based in Karnataka to contact their helpline numbers to submit information about tourists who have travelled from the state to Jammu and Kashmir.

These helplines have been set up so that the state government can trace and facilitate the safe return of tourists who are currently in Jammu and Kashmir, following the terror attack at Pahalgam.

Family members and relatives of those who have travelled can also share their details by contacting the four helpline numbers given above.
