Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has sharply reacted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'remote-controlled CM' remark.
Kumaraswamy said, "I have never seen a prime minister who lies so extensively. As a prime minister, it is important for him to back his statements with proper information when talking about a state government. Unlike Modi, who in the last four-and-a-half years, has failed to come to the rescue of the farmers, the Karnataka government has stood by the farmers and it has become a model for the entire country. He has no information about my achievements. I have performed better than him when it comes to protecting my land. I have performed better than him, even as a remote-controlled CM.”
