Speaking at a meeting of the State Industrial Development Department he said a good price will be fixed for the land acquired by the farmers for the creation of an industrial zone.
Bagepalli is one of the most backward regions in the district. Thus, establishment of an industrial zone in the region will help trigger industrial growth in the region. This in turn will propel economic growth in the taluk, he added. The Deputy Commissioner requested the farmers to facilitate establishment of an industrial zone in Bagepalli.
