A team of doctors led by Dr C N Manjunath, Director, Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology and US-based cardiologists Dr G Suramani and Dr Devaraju, will conduct the workshop.
As many as 150 poor patients and senior citizens across the State will be treated by performing an angioplasty with a stent costing Rs 50,000. The interested patients may register their names with hospital authorities before August 5, 2009.
