JD(S) leader H D Kumaraswamy on Wednesday said his party had decided to field a candidate for the coming Rajya Sabha elections in the State.
Speaking to reporters, he said the party will finalise its candidate in two to three days.
The party has no plans to support candidates of any other political party.
He, however, said some independent candidates have approached the party seeking its support in the elections.
