Sources said the process for issuing show-cause notices to the officers for issuing appointment orders for candidates who were recruited in violation of rules, has begun.
The government is going to seek an explanation from the directors and chief administrative officers as to why they should not be kept under suspension till the inquiry is conducted into the irregularities, sources said.
