Chikkamagaluru: Chief Minister’s financial advisor Basavaraja Rayareddy himself has certified that the state government is No 1 in corruption, said BJP state president B Y Vijayendra.
Speaking to the press on Thursday, he stated that when BJP was in power, Congress carried out a malicious propaganda saying the government is 40 per cent commission government.
But if there is any government in the country which is immersed in 80 per cent corruption, it is the Karnataka government, he alleged.
He meanwhile accused the Chief Minister of using caste census to save his power. “The census is only used as a scarecrow as his chair is under threat” he mocked.
