In Gulbarga, one stone cutting units in Honagunta village and one flour mill in Chitapur taluk were fined Rs 6.46 lakh for tampering with the meter security seals and manipulating meter readings.
In Bijapur, a flour mill owner in Jaganagi village and another four mill at Jigajivanagi village in Indi taluk was fined Rs 2.50 lakh for power theft and criminal cases have been booked.
