KUSMA moves HC for contempt

The Association said that it had submitted a memorandum to the government to go by the order of the High Court full bench and permit them to continue English as the medium of language but the government rejected the order. The government refused to give permission to the schools on the ground that the case is pending in the Supreme Court, the Association told the High Court.

Aurobindo Vidyamandir in Rajaji Nagar has filed another petition as member of the Karnataka Unaided School Management Association (KUSMA), questioning the Government's stand.
