The police, following a complaint lodged by the District Social Welfare Officer, Pradeep, had already registered a complalint against Madesha.
The accused, Madesha, in an inebriated state, barged into the office of the District Social Welfare officer and put life threat to the officer if the latter failed to withdraw the complaint. He was arrested in the evening and has kept in sub-jail,according to the police.
