The deceased has been identified as Lalanaika (35). The mishap occurred when he was bound to police station in two wheeler. He was the native of Hasthinapura Hale Hatti in Sakharayapattana. He is survived by his wife, and two kids. The lorry driver has fled the spot. A case has been registered.
