Bantwal rural police arrested a man on charges of uploading an objectionable picture on social media.
The arrested is Suresh, a resident of Kadeshwalya. The court remanded him to 15 days in judicial custody for posting a picture of Lord Anjaneya's photo on a masjid in Mecca.
In a complaint, Sharief Budoli said that the picture is an attempt to disrupt harmony in society.
