KPCC president G Parameshwara has warned all his party legislators to conduct their lifestyle in such a way that it does not sully the image of the party.

In a letter to all Congress MLAs and MLCs, Parameshwara has stated that elected representatives should maintain their status. He has stated that legislators should be alert as media was watching their every move. The people also keep a close watch on the lifestyle and activities of legislators.

Parameshwara’s letter comes close on the heels of the Vijayanand Kashappanavar incident though the letter does not mention him anywhere. Kashappanavar and his supporters were accused of assaulting two constables in a bar in Bangalore recently.

The letter states that the elected representatives should maintain the dignity of party and the government.
